Destination Australia

The suitcase is packed, and tomorrow morning I am leaving for two weeks in Australia.  It’s mostly work , but there will also be time for me to catch up with family & friends.  I’m going with a friend of mine,  Lucio… and it’s his first time in Australia.  It will be a foodie adventure, essential research (eating) being part of the sacrifice we must make.  I know it’s going to be a whirlwind trip, and I’m feeling so very excited.  The last time I was in Melbourne was in 2011 when I was invited to participate in Melbourne’s Food & Wine Festival.  I have downloaded the App Periscope, and will try to upload videos during my time there. Obviously I will remain as active as I can via Instagram and Facebook… and I’m taking my laptop because I hope to write updates here too!

so, just a quick post before I organise the final things for tomorrow.
